Mediation Philosophy

I believe that litigation is expensive; this is a fact. Litigation is expensive in time, in money and in emotion. During a dispute, the business suffers. Employees become uncomfortable as they are asked to choose up sides. Customers, supplies and lenders become squeamish.

Conflict is a lose-lose proposition for everyone.

But by choosing to mediate, parties can put a stop to the disruption and expense of litigation. Everyone can get back to being business people. The emotional drain of conflict can come to an end.

I know the importance of listening to all views. I have the extensive knowledge of business and investments to help business people find cost-saving, innovative solutions.

Over my career, I have mediated 100 disputes.

I want to help find a less costly solution.
