Extensive experience representing businesses getting started, writing contracts, raising funds through securities offerings, in mergers and other major changes. Litigated many business disputes. Knows the costs and risks of litigation. Mediation Philosophy I believe that litigation is expensive; this is a fact. Litigation is expensive in time, in money and in emotion. During a dispute, the business suffers. Employees become uncomfortable as they are asked to choose up sides. Customers, supplies and lenders become squeamish. Conflict is a lose-lose proposition for everyone. But by choosing to mediate, parties can put a stop to the disruption and expense of litigation. Everyone can get back to being business people. The emotional drain of conflict can come to an end. I know the importance of listening to all views. I have the extensive knowledge of business and investments to help business people find cost-saving, innovative solutions. Over my career, I have mediated 100 disputes.
